    • Guest：Place accommodated a large group (positive). Beds uncomfortable, lacking blankets for all, no cooking condiments and staples (eg salt, oil, etc), place was dirty (dust on floors, dishes not clean), electrical not good - stove kept tripping breaker, no wifi (very frustrating), loud on weekends.
    • Guest：La peggior receptionist mai incontrata in tutta la vita. Di una maleducazione extrema. L appartamento mi e' piaciuto, molto carino. Ma il personale è allucinante. Mai vissuta un' esperienza simile. Check in alle 3 ho chiesto cortesia di aprire il garage alle 2 e la risposta e' stata un NO secco senza eistazioni. Ho fatto presente il problema ( ovvero moto appena acquistato sul luogo e con ancora assicurazione in corso, quindi priva e non poteva essere lasciata in strada) e alla mia insistenza mi e' stato letteralmente agganciato il telefono in faccia!!! Ho pensato fosse caduta la linea, ma come chiamavo mi veniva chiusa. Mi reco in loco x check in e mi lamento dei modi e la " signorina " ( mi chiedo dove sia stata recrutata) mi ha detto che avrebbe chiamato I carabinieri per denunciarmi poiche ero senza assicurazione. Sono rimasta allibita dal grado di ignoranza e cafonaggine mai riscontrato. Preciso che le ragazze erano 2, una con occhi celesti molto gentile. L altra capelli a caschetto una cafona assurda. Cerchero' il responsible struttura perche' una maleducata simile non puo stare in reception. Peraltro ho letto solo ora tanti commenti negativi su di lei. Peccato per la struttura.. Non tornero' mai piu' per non incontrare un elemento simile
    • Guest：Ottima soluzione per chi deve recarsi a Bolzano e non vuole spendere una fortuna. L'unica pecca che ho riscontrato è stata l'assenza di aria condizionata in camera.
    • Guest：Daniel war sehr bemüht bei Ankunft uns schnellstm?glich ein Zimmer zu geben da wir früher angereist sind. Zimmer sehr gro? allerdings etwas dunkel M?ngel im Zimmer unter anderen das Licht im Bad daher k?nnte man hier mehr auf Funktionalit?t achten. Ansonsten zentrale Lage und für 2 N?chte absolut ok.
