A great hotel for a 3-star hotel. A perfect location right on the water. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very courteous. We strongly recommend this hotel!

Good choice front the lake under the town
Excellent relation price/ location. Big room. Magnificent views.

Concierge was super unfriendly. Rooms smelt musty and a nightmare to find.

Be aware that you can not access the hotel with car. Not even to leave your luggage. You need to walk approx. 200 m to the hotel to get the access card to the parking house. Then go back , park the car and carry all your luggage to the hotel yourself.

Beautiful view from room No dairy free stuff at breakfast. Very surprising in 2024 they need to consider this. Receptionist very grumpy when we arrived after exhausting journey. Needed wi fi to enable app to pay! She pretended not to understand so we had to ask a waiter to explain!!

O quarto onde fui instalado tinha uma janela apenas com vidros, e as cortinas n?o tinham blackout, o que eu particularmente considero uma falha bastante grande. O banheiro é muito pequeno, apertado, e o box é minúsculo. Pelos meus cálculos tem menos de 1 m2. Minha diária incluia jantar. O cardápio possui várias op??es. Gostei de tudo o que experimentei. O pessoal do restaurante, em geral, é muito atencioso. Na gerência, uma senhora extremamente simpática e atenciosa.

Excellent location
Excellent location. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, ferries. Great view from balcony. Very clean rooms. Nice staff. Lacks the finesse of 4 & 5 star premises, but very good for 3 star. Would happily use again.
