The worst thing I must mention here is the bathroom . If you are looking for unhygienic accommodation , stay here. The shower box has a channel doesn’t take out the water away from the shower box , so the water moved along all the salon and kitchen ,I called the management, they said we will send some one to fix , I saw the towels been removed from the ground which I used them to dry the water , but no one fixed anything!!! I decided to not take shower daily , so I stopped looking after my hygiene. Also the hose is spraying from everywhere, they told me they ordered new hose and will arrived after 1 week after my check out . No cleaning service in the apartment ,Just changing towels every 3 days . The receptionist asked me for a tip for all this service . Still they are using iron keys. Just the location and design are good, otherwise the service is nothing.

We had a great stay, the location great as is right across the river with fantastic view and super centric walkable every where. 5 min walk to the Diana funicular and 5min to Mill Colonnade
And is in flat location considering that Karlovy Vary is very hilly
The apartment is fully renovated with nice interiors, is spacious and fully equipped with Kitchenette and mini fridge. The beds are quite comfortable including the sofa bed
There is nice balcony with a table if u want to enjoy a drink with a lovely view. Stayed during a weekday and was super quiet !
The staff and communication was really good specially for parking, as they waited for us at the top of the hill and drove us down to the town directly to the parking right by the river and 150mts away from the apartment (parking 10 euro per day )
The building has an elevator in case u stay at top floor
There is only 2 things to consider :
- There is no Spa in the building as is not an hotel
- as the place is newly renovated the washroom location is weird as just behind the bed therefore is something sleeping and the other goes for a shower u get to hear it right on your ear
Overall a Great Stay for a good value !
