Things to know
? For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.

? Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.

? State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.

? Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”

? For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

? The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.

? NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony..

? Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.

? Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
