Location amazing. Parking free. Price point great.
Floors bit noisy if someone walks above. Bit dated.

Courteous staff, great bed & bath, ground floor room that was very clean.

Clean room, just know it's a shared property with other tenants in house. Amenities are minimal but comfortable, just isn't exactly "modern" but the host is very friendly and hospitable. There is ample driveway parking for their units.

Comfortable stay with lovely breakfast
We only stayed for one night, but the parking was perfect – right in front of the door and very safe. The room had everything needed for a short stay.
Breakfast was a highlight: freshly prepared eggs and wonderful coffee, served by a very kind staff member, with jams and muesli also available. The large, cozy dining room with a long table made it feel very welcoming.
The only downside was that the room had a slight smell of dampness, which carried over to the clothes. For one night it was fine, but next time I would ask for a different room. Overall, I would be happy to come back.

Moving Daughter
The breakfast was great, and it is in the center of everything we needed to do. We moved our daughter to Houston in the Montrose area, and it was only 4 minutes away from where she is living.
The owner is quick to respond if you have an issue or questions.

Interesting and unusual place, a welcome change from the normal, bland B&Bs. Fun people and good breakfast. Location in walking distance from the museum district was perfect!

The place is beautiful, in a nice residential area. These were the main draws for choosing. Sadly, some drawbacks would prevent us from recommending. We hoped for a more walkable experience, but this was not really the case. There is parking but not guaranteed or enough if property is full. The room was clean, but in need of care. No housekeeping during stay (which we were OK with).
The check in was OK, and we were happy to be shown to our room (which we worried about after some of the experiencies from others).
The owners/staff were nice (enough), but wished for a bit more hospitality overall. A funky / off experience, but it served its purpose.

The best place you’ll ever stay!
I’ve been around the world, and I have to say this bed-and-breakfast in Houston was the most memorable experience I’ve had staying at a place. The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on, and waking up to a full breakfast spread coffee and a great conversation was a perfect way to start my day. With 100% come back and only stay here.

很乾凈。房東老太太特別好。因為我的航班要11點半才落地，超過了入住時間，房東老太太還特地給我錄了視頻，告訴我如何找到房間，特別特別貼心。早餐也很不錯，小院環境也很好。附近有**舅，cvs可以步行到達。很棒。
