Had a nice stay, cozy place! Just as pictured. Host was very responsive. We were missing paper towels and a hair dryer which would have been nice. But a nice stay for a great price!

Stay was enjoyable and we look forward to staying here again. We appreciated the great communication with Vince and the ease of access in and out of the unit was quick and easy. The bed and bedding is extremely important to me and it was top notch and so very comfortable! Thank you for a great visit!

Wonderful clean room/bathroom, stocked with all necessities for our stay. Parking was right infront, accessible and easy. Quick 5-10 minute drive or walk to local food & shops.

Very nice accommodations; clean, quiet, safe and very private. Looks as nice as the pics online. Vince the owner is very accommodating! We would absolutely stay there again. We liked the location too. Very close to the 51 and central PHX.

Beautiful, clean, quiet property. Looks exactly like pictures. Vince answered my messages quickly and efficiently. I stayed for 9 nights and I will definitely book again.

This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.
