Great experience with restaurants and shops at Perkins Cove. I was told that Hallmark had filmed some of their movies at Perkins Cove.

Inn at Perkins Cove was an excellent choice for a little getaway. The innkeeper provided everything we needed. The room was very clean and charming. The entire Inn was beautifully decorated for the Holiday season. Breakfast was delicious every day. Coffee/tea available all day along with an afternoon snack.

What an amazing and fun trip we had. Thank you for the hospitality and comfort. We felt safe and appreciated every day of our stay. The bathroom and bed were perfect and had all we could ever need. We loved being in Perkins Cove and shopping and trying all the dining spots.

One of the Best Stays Ever at What is Now the Inn at Perkins Cove We can’t remember staying in a more beautifully decorated hotel room or experiencing a more relaxed and pleasant vacation. Owner Keith has collected antiques from around the world to furnish each of the Cove’s three thirteen rooms. The hotel adjoins a restaurant which is attached through its private lounge to a private room serving breakfast to Cove guests they select from its varied breakfast offerings which is included in the room charge. Our French doors opened to a patio overlooking a lovely garden and trees with chairs in both places. The large shower stall could also be used as a steam room. Our housekeeper, Blanche, was a friendly presence, seeing that our every need was met advising us on the many nearby restaurants. We were lucky to be the only guests, because we visited early in the season and at midweek. The Cove is usually full, we feel it would still be quiet and in the peaceful area of town, quarter mile from the end of marginal Way at Perkins Cove, a short, walk to the mini activities of lower town.

Now THE INN AT PERKINS COVE. Location is AMAZING. Delicious breakfast included! Free parking. Quiet. Peaceful. Beautiful property with Adirondack chairs for seating. A wonderful spot. Walk to Perkins Cove for dinner and walking the Marginal Way.

From what I understand this is now called Inn at Perkin's Cove (previously Hartwell House Inn). We had an amazing stay there last weekend (and a wonderful meal at the connected restaurant, Il Covo). It is in a perfect location that is walkable to all the sites and bars/restaurants. The rooms were updated from what I had seen online and we loved all the new updates. The kingsize bed/mattress and pillows were so comfortable and they had every thing that we could've needed throughout our stay, we enjoyed our first night so much we reached out for availability to stay an extra night and luckily for us it was available so we stayed longer. Marge, the innkeeper, was always available for anything we needed and so lovely, couldn't ask for better. We already can't wait for our next trip back to Ogunquit and we would love to stay at the Inn at Perkin's Cove again!

No longer the charming B and B that was owned for years by a married couple but now a property owned by a conglomerate that owns many properties in town. Breakfast is no longer with wonderful home made muffins but an adjoining restaurant with limited sittings and glorified diner fare. Our room (#5) was great and the location good. Unfortunately, the feeling of being in a home is gone.

Now known as The Inn at Perkins Cove. "We had the most incredible stay at the inn. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation. The serene atmosphere of the inn truly enveloped us during our stay. The inn itself was beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. We appreciated the adults only aspect. We’ve raised children and grandchildren and now it’s time for quiet, House Beautiful decor and ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Thank you for providing us with an unforgettable experience."
