Nestled in a wooded area, these units are right next to the Blue River that runs beneath towering Blue Spruce trees. Less than a five minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Chair at the Peak 9 Base Area, take a quick stroll over a bridge and start your ski day. When you're done ski down to the base and walk back across the bridge to the complex and take retreat in your unit. If nightlife is what you are looking for, it is a short walk to the Peak 9 Village and all of the restaurants and shops on Park Avenue and Main Street in the heart of downtown.

You will enjoy staying in this open, top floor, two bedroom plus loft and three bathroom unit which provides beautiful views of the Blue River.

The living room area has vaulted ceilings, an immense water-rock gas fireplace, two plush couches and side chairs that allow you to relax while watching a movie on the flat screen TV.

All units feature high speed internet and access to the on-site coin operated laundry facility. The common area deck is equipped with two grills and picnic area to accommodate any size group.

Guests of Tannenbaum can enjoy access to the newly renovated Columbine Recreation Center (offsite, located across Columbine Road) with an outdoor heated pool, 4 outdoor oversized hot tubs, and changing rooms. What a perfect way to end your long day of skiing or riding! (SEASONAL - SUBJECT TO SPRING/FALL CLOSURES). The Columbine Pool is a shared complex pool; that is about a 5-minute walk from the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
