Staff was great and helpful. The thermostat didnt work but maintenance came up within 5 minutes and showed us a way around it to make the AC work. Helped us with Parking at Legoland and very informative. Hotel was clean. Toilet handle was acting funny but we figured it out. Great stay.

The room was wonderful and met our needs. We were pleasantly surprised that not only the hot tub was heated but the pool as well, so my children really enjoyed that. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and curious.

Came for my grandsons 5th birthday party and Legoland. This hotel was perfect for our 5 night stay visiting family in the area. Definitely will book again!

Room was old and dated. Bathroom tile was loose and missing grout. The room had a chemical odor that would come and go. We woke up in the morning with headaches and nausea. Checked out a day early due to illness.

The young man who checked us in was awesome, friendly, efficient, helpful-great attitude. Kitchen staff at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Always working to keep it well stocked and clean. Young lady who checked us out was very friendly, and efficient. Offered to roll the luggage cart back to its spot, jumped right on checking us out. You can tell these people like their job and appreciate it. So nice to experience in todays world!

The room was nice and the check-in process was smooth. Breakfast had a great variety of items, and everything was replenished quickly. The only thing I didn’t like was the placement of the AC in the room — the airflow was blocked by one of the beds, so the temperature was uneven, with one corner much cooler than the rest. Restroom is big and it had all the lotion, shampoo etc.

Nice room. Breakfast was good. I think the service was excellent. Lobby staff were very kind. I was burning a couple hours in the lobby watching some football and they offered me complimentary water. The breakfast was served in a very clean room and the staff came out quickly clean tables as people left.
Only want is some EV charging.
