This was our second time at La Casa Rosa. Marisa is an excellent host who makes you feel very welcome. The view from the windows are stunning, the rooms have air conditioning. There are plenty of plush white bathroom towels, bottles of water, delicious amaretti biscuits in the bedroom. Breakfast is just simply delicious : home made jams, eggs if ever you feel famished, local ham and cheese. This is Italy at his best. There is a really good trattoria called Le Civette on the ground floor and you can eat on the piazzetta, overlooking Pigna bassa and listening to the church bells. Just simply perfect.
