Nous avons passé 4 jours merveilleux dans cette superbe maison au c?ur du Luberon. L’accueil de Luc et de sa fille Carole a été très attentionné jusqu’au moindre détail notamment dans le dressage de la table du petit déjeuner qui change tous les jours sans parler du petit déjeuner lui même qui est un must! Ayant d? partir très t?t un matin pour aller monter le Ventoux, nous avons même eu droit à notre table préparée sur la terrasse de la chambre. Luc sait vraiment recevoir, discret mais toujours présent, un vrai plaisir d’être en sa compagnie (sans oublier Carole bien s?r, toujours pleine d’énergie). Des endroits comme celui là où l’on se sent bien sont rares et encore merci à Luc de les faire exister. Nous recommandons vivement. Serge et Sabrina

It's rare to find a place that feels both impeccably run and deeply personal — yet Provence KM28 manages to achieve this delicate balance effortlessly. From the moment of arrival, one feels the touch of a professional host who, despite years of welcoming guests, continues to make each visitor feel utterly unique. Luc and Marianne have created not merely a guesthouse, but an experience — crafted with care, soul, and the kind of authentic hospitality that lingers long after you leave. Luc is the quintessential host: discreetly attentive, always present when needed, and a true local guide with a treasure trove of restaurant recommendations that never miss the mark. His enthusiasm for his gadgets and his impressive pétanque skills add a delightful charm to the stay. Then there is Marianne — radiant, warm, and always with a smile that could only be described as Greek (and indeed, there’s a touch of Hellenic spirit in her, in every generous gesture and welcoming glance). The house itself is a love letter to Provence. Every corner tells a story, every detail has been carefully thought out. It is, quite simply, pristine — top clean — with a level of upkeep that speaks to genuine pride and deep care. Mornings begin with a breakfast that rivals the best of the region: local, fresh, and lovingly prepared. The pool, bathed in sunlight, is the perfect setting to slow down and simply be. It is this attention to detail, this harmony of professionalism and soul, that elevates Provence KM28 beyond a place to stay. It becomes a part of the memory, a part of Provence itself. I almost wish I weren’t writing this — as I know this little corner of paradise won’t remain a secret for long. Returning will not be a question of if, but when — and I suspect securing a spot may become its own little?challenge.

We had the most wonderful stay at Marianne and Luc’s maison d’haute in Gordes. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house is a masterpiece of design — every room is beautifully curated with care and taste, reflecting the spirit of Provence in a modern and sophisticated way. From the softest bedsheets to the stunning decor and thoughtful details throughout, you truly feel at home the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene, surrounded by the olive tree grove. Marianne and Luc are exceptional hosts: warm, attentive, and full of care for every detail. This is more than just a place to stay — it’s a deeply immersive experience in the Proven?al lifestyle, with charm, elegance, and soul. We can’t wait to come back.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Tipps für die Sehenswürdigkeiten lohnenswert und die Einrichtung ist sehr gut gestylt. Der Aufenthalt hat und sehr Freude gemacht. Besonders der liebevoll dekorierte Frühstückstisch war einmalig. Danke an Marianne und Luc!

5 stars is the very least this wonderful luxury Chambre d’Hote deserves. Luc and Marianne generously shared their beautiful home and spared nothing for the delight of their guests. Our bedroom was beautiful with gorgeous bed linen and luxury toiletries. Breakfast was a visual and gastronomic feast with the finest Proven?al produce displayed on beautiful dishes. All of this offered generously and thoughtfully with care and humour. I wanted to stay forever!!

Suite was a beautifully restored cosy cocoon filled with artistic pieces and good quality furnishings. Location was absolutely perfect for our mini exploratory visit. Hosts were amazingly generous of heart and welcoming ! delicious breakfast and attention to detail wholly appreciated. Highly recommend.

Une magnifique chambre d’h?tes, ?de à la perfection. Tout est un pur bonheur, de la décoration soignée jusque dans les détails, aux petits déjeuners dignes des meilleurs h?tels avec des produits frais, du fait maison et une table magnifiquement dressée chaque jour différemment. Nous avons également été enchantés par la disponibilité et l’amabilité de nos h?tes, nos échanges le matin étaient un vrai plaisir ! Le calme, l’ambiance cosy et apaisante des lieux nous ont charmés. Difficile de quitter cet endroit sans une pointe d’émotion… Merci infiniment à Luc, Marianne et Carole pour ce séjour dans leur maison si exceptionnelle.

Thank you Luc and Marianne for a wonderful stay. You have been thinking about every detail. The interior and exterior design is exquisite. Nice bedding, lavender, luxurious soap and hand cream, bath robes and slippers. Breakfast, The fantastic home made yoghurt.....fresh orange juice.and a lovely cheese plate. Thank you for helping us to book a restaurant and recommending vineyards etc. This relaxing stay was exactly what we needed.

Deuxième séjour pour nous au Km28, au pied du beau village de Gordes. Exactement la même impression que lors de notre passage en 2020, une recherche permanente de la perfection, dans la décoration, le choix des produits, le conseil sur les adresses de la région, les propositions d'huiles et de vinaigres. Marianne et Luc sont des h?tes charmants et disponibles. Cette fois, nous avons opté pour la Bergerie, pour 4 nuits, mais serions bien restés quelques jours de plus :-) Petit déjeuner de Palace, dont le décor change tous les jours, avec, notamment, des verres du Val-Saint-Lambert, que nous aurions bien emporté :-) Merci !
