Linshifu Mansion Hotel (Gulangyu Island)

Located on tiny Gulangyu Island, the Linshifu Gongguan Hotel (Gulangyu Linshifu Gongguan Jiudian) is a delightful boutique style hotel consisting of five independent and uniquely decorated villas. It is just a few hundred meters from the Gulangyu Ferry Terminal and 1 km (0.6 mi) from downtown Xiamen.In keeping with the old colonial style of its Gulangyu surroundings, some of the villas feature Art Deco style interiors, carved wood, stained glass and chandeliers, while others have a modern twist with clean and elegant lines. All come complete with state-of-the-art amenities and free broadband Internet access. The hotel's restaurant looks to the future with modern, white décor and serves fine Chinese and Western cuisines and business sets. The open-air bar offers beautiful views and is an ideal place for a sundowner drink.Also on offer is a first-class conference rooms seats 40-60 that can be separated into three independent conference rooms.

  • Guest：此次入住，前台服务员的表现令人十分满意。从踏入酒店的那一刻起，便能感受到他们热情周到的服务态度，无论是解答疑问还是协助办理入住手续，都细致入微，并且响应速度极快，高效地解决了各类问题，让人倍感舒心。 不过，酒店目前除定静楼外，其他楼栋都在进行装修施工。施工过程中产生了较为明显的噪音，对休息和日常活动造成了一定干扰。与此同时，空气中还弥漫着油漆味，这不仅影响了空气质量，也在一定程度上降低了入住的舒适度 。希望酒店方面能够合理安排施工时间，并加强通风换气措施，以改善当前状况。

  • Guest：林氏酒店这是我住过最舒服的酒店，虽然暂时在修葺其它栋房间，从第一步谘询酒店加了微信开始，不厌其烦的介绍我来鼓浪屿注意的事项，期间因为订机票退了一晚房间，也是非常耐心的帮我解决了，又在三丘田码头帮我拿了行李，贴心的帮我在房间加了床，让我惊讶的是酒店的小哥不仅仅笑容可掬的提供每次耐心的讲解，还会清晰的记住每位老顾客的每次住店的情况，会在你起身的时候贴心的谘询需要提供什么帮助，快要用餐完毕之前询问是否满意，是不是明天早餐帮非凡国际这几个北方人提供麪条，这是我在很多酒店没有体会到的贴心服务，尤其是非凡国际夜归的时候蹲坐在门口等待的和蔼大哥，让非凡国际感觉到鼓浪屿带给非凡国际独一无二的安全感，如果有朋友要来鼓浪屿，我首先推荐林氏公馆
  • Guest：酒店非常漂亮，虽然其他几幢楼在装修，可是不影响入住的体验感，而且酒店的小哥哥人超级nice，会去码头接你，入住的时候行李箱出了点问题，本来想让酒店帮忙撬开，但是他们很有耐心，密码帮我一个个试过来，避免了箱子的损坏??早餐也是超级无敌好吃和漂亮，下次如果来鼓浪屿还会住这里
