  • Guest：I liked the room - they gave me an upgrade. The pillows were nice and bed was comfortable. Great view of Houston Downtown. Bathtub with a view. I would have liked for them to extend my late checkout to 1pm but they only did 12:30pm.
  • Guest：The staff, the size of the room and decor were outstanding.
  • Guest：Pretty hotel. Service at restaurant and pool not great. Waiters seemed annoyed, not very friendly or attentive. Stayed in a suite, air-conditioning not cooling. Reached out to front desk, didn't receive any help. Reached out again, still nothing. Decided to walk down to front desk to speak to someone ( 3 hrs later from initial call) - was moved to an upgraded suite. Room was a lot cooler, ac working, bit ! Sheets were full of stains!
  • Guest：Great location near downtown but not in downtown. Bell desk was helpful and prompt. Check in was great and i was helped out by Samuel and Victor who were very courteous and got or rooms close as possible for us. It was my bday weekend so they were nice enough to give us a late check out. The rooftop pool was one of the nicest pools I've been to.
