  • Guest：You have to pay for breakfast. Rooms are okay not newly remodeled. Didn’t encounter staff much..
  • Guest：Staff was amazing!!!!! BUT, we were missing a tv remote, the elevators weren’t working, and that part of town seemed really unsafe.
  • Guest：Elevator Trouble Had to use the staff elevator for our entire stay because the lobby/customer elevators were broken. Didn’t see much work being done on them either. Would have been nice to see the owner/operator of the property doing something to accommodate the guests. The staff was friendly and helpful, so the staff elevator wasn’t dreadful. Just felt like the guests and the staff, in fact, were not a priority.
  • Guest：The room was ok, more so below my normal standards. The bathroom, had someone else’s long straight hair ( my own is curly and short). There was a leak in the bathroom shower. The ceiling was reflective of water damage. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The bartenders weren’t interested in taking orders. The expressive here was very underwhelming
