The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel in itself appears to have been a nice hotel when it was built. The dining area was spacious and there was even a private room with enough space to accommodate a large family if needed. Outside are grills to cook on in the pool area. The kitchen room we had could have been a very nice room but it was very unclean, had a moldy wet smell and there were tiny roaches in there. The kitchen was a very nice size and the living room provided enough space for another sleeping area. The bathroom toilet had water leaking from the pipes. I would not go back to this hotel, unfortunately renovations and deep cleaning are needed here.
All carpet needs to be removed in rooms and hallways. The whole bldg smells damp.

The room was great, the staff was great. My only complaint is the hot water. I took a cold shower, the water started warming up some, after my shower was complete. So when you pay over $100, you dont expect to have to let the water run for 30mins before you can take a comfortable shower

Every morning breakfast was nice and different options, The Staybridge Suite nice and clean front in back. I will go there again with my Family.

Clean room, freindly staffs, hot breakfast and free laundry is a plus. The refrigerator made some noice though.

The room was great and the bed was fantastic. The breakfast was limited and you’re pretty close to the freeway so you can hear the cars go by. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Decepcionante
Muy descuidado el hotel. Pésima limpieza, alfombras sucias y con mal olor, insectos en las habitaciones. Mal estado de los muebles. El techo de la regadera de uno de los cuartos estaba a punto de desprenderse. Camas incomodas. Elevador en mal estado, no sirven ni los botones. Lo único rescatable la ubicación y el desayuno. No lo recomendaría. Muy descuidado en general todo el hotel, hace falta mucho mantenimiento.

The check in took forever. They asked for my card I’m not sure why but the following day I had to cancel the card because I had two fraudulent charges. The elevator was broken. We had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor. The carpet was filthy. The clientele was shady. There was no safe restaurant nearby.

Ok stay
Had a good overall experience but the rooms were unsafe with sharp nails sticking through gaps of missing carpet. We had to put towels over them so that we wouldn't hurt our feet and most of the time had to walk around the room with shoes on. The breakfast was outstanding everything was fresh and cooked correctly. The front desk staff was nice. Lobby area and eating area were overly hot and made us feel sick and dizzy. The curtains were torn and the TV only worked for a few channels.

It Was Ok, but Carpet Needs Possible Replacing
The only thing wrong with room 229 is the carpet needs to be replaced, bc it leaves a musty odor in the room like it must have had water leaked on it before, and I saw a little roach in the sink. Bathroom has some wood peeling up from counter area, and 1 lamp in the corner didnt work too. Other than that, it was quiet, it was clean, had everything I needed. Luckily I bring my own sprays for these situations.
