Pleasant, quiet flat in Reggio Emilia, away from the town centre but within walking distance. The only issue we had was exiting the gate to the block of flats. You enter using a QR code provided, but the reader is on the outside and didn’t seem to work even when we leaned over on the day of our departure. I’m sure there must be a button to press to open the gate but never found it and did not see it referenced in the property instructions.
