    This spacious home has several living spaces that serve as entertaining areas. There’s a front foyer/family room with a luxurious queen sleeper sofa and coffee table and doors that open out to a covered patio. There’s also a den with a full-size sleeper sofa.

    Every elegant living space features soothing white walls, coastal-themed fine art, and simple, tasteful decor. The interior design embraces soothing warm-neutral tones of beach sand, seagrass, coral, and coconut husk, paired with vibrant paradise coast, FL colors of aquamarine, teal, and sky blue. Unwind, enjoy hors d'oeuvres or cocktails, and socialize with friends, family, or colleagues in a stylish, seaside atmosphere.

    Kitchen & Dining:

    The fully equipped chef’s kitchen has white wood cabinets, and state-of-the-art stainless appliances including a french door fridge/freezer with icemaker, electric range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and double-basin sink. The kitchen has abundant granite counter space with a wrap-around peninsula boasting upholstered stool seating for three. There’s a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, a toaster, a knife block, a spice rack, etc.

    Across from the kitchen peninsula is a breakfast nook, with window seats and grand windows overlooking the turquoise pool. Sip your morning coffee here or enjoy some fresh tropical fruit for breakfast. This charming breakfast nook has a glass-top table, two upholstered chairs, and upholstered, window seat/bench seating for three or more. An elegant crystal chandelier enhances the ambiance.

    The dining room is located toward the front of the home; its arched windows overlook the lush front yard. The live edge dining table and six Tommy chairs makes this a comfortable space for family-style meals, dinner gatherings, or entertaining.

    Bedroom #3:

    Bedroom #3 has a full-size bed, nightstands with reading lamps, a hardwood bureau, a wall-mounted TV, wall-to-wall carpeting, and a ceiling fan. Sliding glass doors allow direct access to pool & patio area. This bedroom has access to a hallway bathroom with a walk-in, glass door shower, single-sink vanity, and large well-lit mirror.

    Bedroom #4/Den:

    This den can serve as a home office, extra entertaining space, or as a fourth bedroom. The den has a dedicated work desk, a full-size sleeper sofa, a glass-top coffee table, wall-to-wall carpeting, elegant arched windows, a tray ceiling, and a ceiling fan.

    Just off the kitchen is a half-bathroom, as well as a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer and a large laundry room sink. Laundry soap, iron, and ironing board are all available.

    Outdoor Amenities:

    Sip your morning cappuccino on the covered patio. This alfresco dining table is ideal for poolside picnics and BBQs. You’ll appreciate the large, fenced, pool deck surrounded by a lush, mature, privacy hedge. Relax poolside on lounge chairs while palm fronds rustle overhead.     The sparkling blue swimming pool will delight your friends, family, guests, and loved ones. A morning dip is always refreshing.
