Letting employees know they’ve done an excellent job, whether completing a spectacular report or a presentation, can be a rewarding experience. Who doesn’t love to give or receive praise? However, how managers give employee feedback is important. Positive feedback should be genuine and personal. If positive feedback is vague without referring to specifics, employees might feel like managers aren’t paying attention or are trying to hit a compliment quota.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay—special thanks to the front desk team. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and convenient transport. Breakfast was varied and delicious, though it would be nice to include more fresh fruit. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made working remotely easy. The pool area was clean and relaxing, but pool towels ran out quickly. Check-in was smooth and efficient, but checkout took longer than expected. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the blackout curtains. The air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, which affected sleep slightly. Overall, a pleasant experience—we would definitely recommend this hotel and return again.
