  • Guest：Located right next to the main square/Plaza de Armas, the Ebony Hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was a quick 5-10 minute taxi ride from the Cruz del Sur bus terminal and upon arrival, I was able to locate several travel agencies to help book my hiking treks. The hotel was also perfect for souvenir shopping as around the corner were several shops. I only wished the hotel restaurant was open for lunch/dinner, but there's plenty of restaurants and markets nearby to get some local food without needing to get a taxi. The rooms were comfortable and I was happy to find a hotel in Huaraz where the hot water was working. The wifi was best here compared to 2 other hotels I used in Huaraz. Overall, I had a great stay and have no hesitations to coming back and staying at Ebony Hotel.

  • Guest：I have chosen this hotel because it was written there is a high speed wifi and also Netflix on the TV but there was any wifi at all in the bedroom, you have to go to the living room to hope having some wifi... Furthurmore, Netflix didn't work at all on the TV. I didn't stay at this hotel, I arrive by night and I had to work so I leave immediately in the morning... It would be pleasant to tell people when your wifi doesn't work... So they will book immediately another one. Hopefully, the personal and the breakfast were good.
