I loved how centrally located and clean these little, spacious homes and apartments were! Ample parking and just the right amount of utensils in the kitchen. Everything was clean when I arrived, and both the AC and the wifi worked well during my stay. Just be sure to bring your own food and such, even coffee! These units are fully self service.

Stayed in Villa 118, great location, was clean, comfortable bedding, well supplied. However bathroom, kitchen, toilet and laundry all need renovating. Broken floor tiles in the shower, mouldy deteriorating grout on shower walls, deteriorating toilet cistern that has never been replaced since building 20 odd years ago, worn bench tops, cupboard faces which have been refaced but laminex inside peeling off. Friends in villa 119 had no such issues, theirs had been renovated.

Great location but average quality room overall. We had apartment 201 which was clearly a minimalistic room without too many facilities such as washer, kitchenette etc. Bathroom has been nicely renovated but the rest of the apartment was dated with old furniture (bench stools were old kitchen chairs with backs sawn off). No towel or bedding change. We were told to go to local laundry. OK room for 1 or 2 nights only in our opinion. BBQ was old and uninviting, no shelter for outdoor seating. Value for money? - overpriced for what they offer with this room.

Great location and awesome facilities, we were all very impressed with our stay here, the unit was clean, modern and had all the amenities that we needed. The kids loved the pool and it was a great location in Exmouth to be able to access the town centre or go sight seeing.
