Amazing staff, clean room and central location made for a great stay in the beautiful city of Madrid

For the price, Bloom Inn was fine. The staff were nice, room was clean, and location is central. The pretty photos online are misleading though… The linens are worn (threadbare towels with holes). Walls are paper thin — I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms, even text alerts. Smallest bathroom ever, hard to get from doorway into shower. But, room had a safe for valuables, operating air conditioning, and an electric kettle. It’s an economical, safe place to sleep. Not very comfortable for hanging out, as pictures suggest.

A solo tres cuadras de Gran Via, ocupando todo un piso de un edificio tipico madrile?o que coserva su vieja fachada clasica se encuentra este peque?o y moderno hotel, muy bien atendido sea cual fuere la hora en que llegues, con peque?as y cómodas habitaciones totalmente equipadas con todo lo necesario para descansar y reponerse de los agitados dias de caminata y paseos por esta hermosisima, intensa y romantica ciudad. No sobra nada pero lo tiene todo y su personal...super super amable y atento. Muy lindo en verdad.

My private room at the Bloom Inn was genuinely the smallest room I have stayed in. However it was really comfortable, felt very safe and was on a quieter street. The room also had everything I needed, a TV, mini fridge and a clean & comfortable bathroom. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to explore Madrid.

Habitación individual, peque?a pero suficiente con ba?o completo, no esperaba muchas cosas que sí incluía. Televisión, nevera con obsequio de agua, hervidor de agua con café y té. Sin armario como tal pero con barra y perchas suficientes. Silla y mesa abatible para trabajar. Habitación interior y silenciosa, perfecto para dormir a pesar de estar en un barrio algo bullicioso. Situación inmejorable para hacer turismo tanto para andar como para utilizar transporte público. Cerca de restaurantes y cafeterías, además de tiendas. Precio adecuado para la situación y lo que ofrece. Trato inmejorable del personal, siempre atentos y con recepción abierta 24h. Volveré.
