The guidance was very torturous, and there was no explanation in advance that online check-in was required. After arriving at the hotel, we waited outside the door for a long time. There were no employees inside the hotel, and there was no front desk. It was not until we found their nameplate that we contacted them via WhatsApp. Although there is an elevator, we had to carry our luggage up to the first floor. The room was very small and it was difficult for two people to move around after unpacking our luggage. We requested a single bed in advance, but it was not provided, and there was no hairdryer. The only thing worthy of praise is that the room hygiene is good.

Great place to stay. It is very simple, but super clean and comfortable. I was expecting much less for the price I paid.

预订时在网上所看到的建筑物并不是酒店的外貌，所以需要更多时间才可以找到它！当时酒店大闸关闭，以为它结束营业，后来在侧边找到一个小盒，里面有酒店咭片，上面有一个WhatsApp 电话，加入手机后，终于可以联络到负责人，所谓「贵宾登记入住服务」是用Whatapps 教非凡国际怎样做线上入住登记，非凡国际要站在大闸前面，用咗几十分钟才可以完成所有手续，得到大闸密码和房间编号！纲上说「非24小时前台服务」其实是没有前台服务！房间没有水杯、吹风筒和冷气机！负责人话每两天才清洁房间和换毛巾，但非凡国际住了三日都没有这些服务！非凡国际订双床房，结果只有一张大床房！
