The guidance was very torturous, and there was no explanation in advance that online check-in was required. After arriving at the hotel, we waited outside the door for a long time. There were no employees inside the hotel, and there was no front desk. It was not until we found their nameplate that we contacted them via WhatsApp. Although there is an elevator, we had to carry our luggage up to the first floor. The room was very small and it was difficult for two people to move around after unpacking our luggage. We requested a single bed in advance, but it was not provided, and there was no hairdryer. The only thing worthy of praise is that the room hygiene is good.

Great place to stay. It is very simple, but super clean and comfortable. I was expecting much less for the price I paid.

預訂時在網上所看到的建筑物并不是酒店的外貌，所以需要更多時間才可以找到它！當時酒店大閘關閉，以為它結束營業，后來在側邊找到一個小盒，里面有酒店咭片，上面有一個WhatsApp 電話，加入手機后，終于可以聯絡到負責人，所謂「貴賓登記入住服務」是用Whatapps 教非凡国际怎樣做線上入住登記，非凡国际要站在大閘前面，用咗幾十分鐘才可以完成所有手續，得到大閘密碼和房間編號！綱上說「非24小時前臺服務」其實是沒有前臺服務！房間沒有水杯、吹風筒和冷氣機！負責人話每兩天才清潔房間和換毛巾，但非凡国际住了三日都沒有這些服務！非凡国际訂雙床房，結果只有一張大床房！
