Great location close to everything. From the moment you step in the hotel it feels nice and cosy. The decor is very nice and chic. We used the pool and steam room in the spa. It felt very nice after a long day of walking in the cold. Breakfast is delicious. The whole staff is very lovely from reception to housekeeping.

Superbe h?tel 5 étoiles. Le décor est d’une incroyable inventivité et le personnel est très attentionné. Petit bémol, les chambres sont petites avec peu de rangement mais le roof top et la situation sur la Gran via le font oublier.

Can’t say enough about this hotel. It was wonderful, we had a deluxe room and it was perfect. Very well done with so much attention to detail. And it was quiet also at the street side of the hotel. The breakfast room is beautiful as well. We used the gym, which is also nice but small. We didn’t use the pool or other wellness amenities. The hotel is in a perfect location that is walkable to everything.

The staff was great. One of the best places I have ever stayed. To bad Air Canada and its flight attendants union ruined the rest of our stay as we had to leave one night early or risk being stranded in Madrid for over a week or longer

Superbe h?tel 5 étoiles. Le décor (Starck) est d’une incroyable inventivité et le personnel aux petits soins. Situé sur la Gran Via et pourvu d’un roof top, il pourrait être l’h?tel parfait mais les chambres sont très petites avec très peu d’espaces de rangement et un certain manque de fonctionnalité : pas de bonnet de douche, pas de slippers, un bloc notes mais pas de stylos etc. Service par ailleurs irréprochable.

Hace unos meses, abrió un lujoso hotel de 5*, en la Gran Vía de Madrid, que se llama "Brach". Leí sobre su pastelería francesa, que puedes disfrutar sin estar alojado en el hotel, y fui a probarla en cuanto pude. Abren a las 10:00, y el restaurante está en la planta baja del hotel. Desde el exterior, podrás ver los apetitosos pasteles expuestos en el escaparate. La sala en la que desayunamos era muy elegante. Tuvimos suerte, había poca gente, y el ambiente era relajante. Puedes desayunar a la carta, o puedes elegir entre 4 opciones: el "Parisino", 10€, el "Continental", 32€, la "Capsule", 38€, o por último, el "Brach", 45€. Nosotros elegimos el "Parisino", con croissant, que estaba muy bueno, y también a la carta, con café con leche (7€) y el postre "Saint Honoré" (11€). Este último, estaba rico, pero era una versión revisitada, y me decepcionó. Para mi gusto, demasiada crema, y pocos bocaditos rellenos y caramelizados. La empleada que nos atendió tuvo un gran detalle, y nos invitó a dos peque?os dulces franceses, que estaban muy buenos, uno era un "Financier" y el otro, una "Madeleine". El trato fue muy bueno, hasta que la camarera que nos atendió nos dejó "abandonados" con la cuenta. Nos la trajo, y nunca más volvió. A?adir que los domingos, de 11 a 16, hay brunch, eso sí, a 77€. Los precios son los de un hotel de 5*.
