  • Guest：the apartment was great but the water heater wasn't working well in my 3 last days and the shower was very cold which is something made so upset, but generally the apartment is good even the location is good, and im thinking to stay in it in my next trip to madrid
  • Guest：I stayed in a studio superior room on the 3rd floor. Let me start with the positives: 1. Excellent location, 10 mins walk to the plaza towers business & university area, and 15 mins to the metro/rail services at Chamartin. 2. Relatively quiet area (less traffic noise). 3. Room was excellent, well renovated and fitted, very comfortable bed, clean, lots of natural light which can also be managed with blinds, and well equipped with cooking equipment, utensils, cutlery, coffee machine, etc. 4. The access into the building and room is managed by codes and is well communicated with clear instructions. 5. The area felt safe and also near to a park. A few areas for improvement: 1. The air conditioning in the room #32 did not work. It was not cooling at all, nor was there any instruction or guidance provided. There was an emergency telephone number but there was no response when called. Sleep was severely disturbed because of this. Its a major deal breaker in my opinion. Maybe a fan could provided to improve the summer experience? 2. The hot water in the shower was not consistent. It was acceptable, but mostly it was only lukewarm. 3. Coffee capsules provided was not adequate for the total length of stay. 4. There was a building under renovation just opposite which generated some construction noise but nothing major or annoying. Overall I would rate this as a good property, but could have been great if the air conditioning worked.
  • Guest：Lovely modern rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows. Very well equipped apartment. All instructions were clearly communicated. Only thing was I got the ground floor room, bathroom had a big window directly street facing inside the shower cubicle hence a bit uncomfortable if you like full privacy in the shower.
  • Guest：Clean, quiet, comfortable and comprehensively equiped. First class communication about access - making access easy. Exceptional wi-fi availability. Good food facilities nearby. Really good value. Stayed as a transit from airport to catch the train to walk the Camino de Santiago.
