Etwas n?rdlich von Pisa am Rande der Altstadt von Pietrasanta gelegen, ist dieses Haus bestens geeignet, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana mit ?ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden. 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt kann man Pisa, Lucca, Florenz und Sienna schnell mit der Bahn erreichen und ist trotzdem eher l?ndlich im Bildhauerst?dtchen mit Bergpanorama untergebracht. Sehr einladende Restaurants, Bars, Ateliers und Modegesch?fte in der sehr sch?nen, gepflegten Altstadt mit wechselnden Skulpturenausstellungen sind in direkter Umgebung vom Hotel. Auch ist man in 15 min mit dem Bus am Meer und genie?t den typischen Sandstrand. Das B&B sebst ist sehr convienent. Anreise zu allen Tages- und Nachtzeiten aufgrund von Schlüssel-Safes m?glich. Bei sch?nem Wetter kann man auf einer sehr ger?umigen Dachterasse mit Hollywood-Schaukel frühstücken. Das Frühstück selbst ist toskanisch einfach. Der Kaffee perfekt. Alles ist frisch, freundlich und sauber. Die Dusche hochwertiger als gew?hnlich. Die zentrale Lage hat seinen Preis: es ist kein Haus für Menschen, die Verkehrsl?rm nicht vertragen. Uns hat es nicht gest?rt!

We booked into the so called' wellness suite' . I had assumed it would have a really good and powerful shower but it was extremely disappointing. It is a shame because the location, the room and bed are all very good but really you need to have a powerful shower. Its big enough, just very weak and in no way as per the website description. Also the bathroom is very small with no storage cabinet. Finally I am afraid the breakfast is basically not a breakfast. Nothing was fresh as described - the fruits that was provided looked like they had been sat out for a week - no fresh orange juice - a frozen croissant cooked in oven. No fresh condiments. The coffee machine old and kettle are old, dirty and need replacing. We ended up going out for breakfast after day 1. This place is good value but its such a shame they don't just make more effort on the breakfast - after all it is b & B and its such a shame they dont just improve their bathrooms and showers.

Ottima struttura, facilmente raggiungibile e con parcheggio gratuito poco distante. Le stanze sono comode , accoglienti e pulitissime. La posizione centrale è perfetta per visitare a piedi i numerosi localini di Pietrasanta, e per raggiungere in dieci minuti di auto le spiagge. La colazione , servita in terrazza è buona e abbondante preparata dalla gentilissima Veronica .

Attratto dalle recensioni ma soprattutto dalle foto sul sito, ho prenotato questa struttura con alte aspettative, per lo più disattese. Il parcheggio gratuito consigliato è quello della stazione, direi vicino alla struttura, ma scomodo per chi come noi aveva valigie visto che c'è anche una rampa di scale. Check in automomo comodo. L'ingresso del palazzo abbastanza triste. La parte comune del bb molto bella e ben tenuta, bella la terrazza anche se una parte affaccia su una strada piccola ma decisamente trafficata. La stanza non l'abbiamo trovata come nelle foto. Pulita, sufficientemente grande per due, ma muri segnati in più punti, le due finestre affacciavano sulla strada e quindi difficile tenerle aperte per rumore e smog. Finestra del bagno che affaccia sulla terrazza comune quindi non apribile direi.Nel complesso stanza molto modesta contrariamente a quanto appare dalle foto.... colazione scarsa: tutte cose imbustate, eccetto un pezzetto di ciambella portato in un piattino. Signora della colazione molto cortese e gentile. Giudizio condizionato anche dal prezzo pagato chiaramente che è alto per quanto offerto

Siiamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente : posizione strategica, organizzazione ottimale per check in e check out, camera confortevole e pulita. In particolare Veronica è stata carinissima , oltre la professionalità, una persona molto accogliente che ama il suo lavoro e veder star bene i clienti Barbara e Gabriele

Siamo state in questo B&B credendo che ciò che avevamo visto dal sito corrispondesse alla realtà invece ci siamo trovati in una doppia ad uso triplo ( eravamo tre adulti ) con una brandina stile militare .. camera molto piccola ed un bagno da ristrutturare poiché molto datato! Ci hanno detto che la struttura era il vecchio municipio , avrebbero dovuto ristrutturarlo forse!?? Colazione scrausa dove spacciano i prodotti a km zero per prodotti confezionati ! Alle soglie del 21 secolo non è concepibile vedere la frutta a pezzetti da condividere in un piatto !! Il salato inesistente e croissants surgelati e riscaldati al momento!c’è molto da migliorare!!
