Sensacionais, foram muito prestativos e o atendimento de Bruno, o responsável pela reserva, é impecável. Como n?o havia hospedagens para o dia seguinte, me deixaram ficar mais tempo após o horário de check-out de cortesia. A rua é um pouco barulhenta, mas isso n?o é culpa deles. A localiza??o é estratégica e fica próxima a restaurantes e bares muito mais baratos.

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar después de los tours en un pueblo tan lindo Bruno es una persona muy amable , nos sentimos muy cómodos en el hotel , puedes servirte algún café o mates a toda hora ,recomendado 100% Sobretodo porque han adoptado un perrito de la calle el gran Bandido , excelente hotel !

The hotel staff was really nice and helped with the directions and ways to get to the Machu Picchu mountain and the transport back. Everything was clean and coffee tea is proposed in the entrance for the guests. Satisfied with the stay! Sure value for money..

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte in questo ostello che si trova a 5’ a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 7’ dalla fermata dei pullman per Machu Picchu. Bruno ci ha aiutato e ci ha dato consigli ed informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno per prendere il bus e i biglietti al momento giusto. Ottimo il suo inglese non scontato in Perù

Excellent value for money, room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable. Toiletries like shampoo were included. I liked that it was away from the tourist ***** and you could see local life, but it was still really close to the main parts of town including the bus stop for machu pichu. Free coffee and tea in the lobby was a great touch. Hosts were really friendly and helpful.
