Apart-hotel "Green House" is located in the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk, which is the most environmentally friendly in the city, 39 km from Krasnoyarsk International Airport and 7 km from the Railway station. There are two sports facilities near the apart-hotel: the Sopka Sports Cluster and the Academy of Winter Sports (Raduga Cluster).

Within walking distance from the hotel there is a picturesque lake, a recreation area with a Playground, a shopping center "Ryabina" and a bus stop "Domik". Also within walking distance is the summer Beach-park "Clothespin", which, guests of our hotel can visit for free, with passes. The park has a children's playground, umbrellas and sun loungers.

The room fund consists of six rooms of the "Apartments" class and one "Studio" room. The size of the rooms ranges from 40.3 sq. m. to 60 sq. m. Each room is equipped with a kitchen and everything necessary for self-cooking, in addition, the room is equipped with a microwave oven, a kettle, a refrigerator, a cooktop, a TV. The rooms have a combined bathroom with a shower cabin, equipped with hair dryers, bath and hygiene accessories.
