Wastage of Money, very poor hotel service, Bad quality Pillow Covers & bed sheets, Very Old furniture. Water sewerage not maintained as water stays inside Venti all the times. Room: Missing Tissues, Missing Water, When asked for Tea stuff & Electric Cattle, staff brought 4 Electric Cattles and all 4 were not cleaned & corrosion appeared inside. Bathroom: Bath towel missing & couldn't get first night despite asking multiple times, got on second day. Water stayed in VENTI all the times, Bath floor was not cleaned properly. Restaurant: I stayed 3 nights, I observed multiple things during breakfast i-e missing water to drink, missing tissue papers, Served food was not fresh, no taste of breakfast, I have to order from outside. Staff & Reception: Very Slow and poor service, no care for customers, I have to visit reception personally multiple times to get drinking water for room. I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as I have previously stayed in Bella Roma multiple times in last 8 years, but this time was the worst experience
