Rooms are excellent, staff are very professional & friendly. Location is also brilliant with easy walk to city centre. I came on motorcycle & my bike was under watch out front by reception staff. If/when I’m back in Erbil, I’d have no hesitation in staying there again.

Very clean area,staff with kindly behavior,great breakfast,nice environment I stayed for three days and have good memories from there. accessibility to all places is easy, All time free tea,water and coffee,all accessories for the shower and bath available.

Great hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location. I really enjoyed the free tea and coffee, but also the breakfast was really tasty. The hotel is located about 40 minutes walk from the Citadel, not far from the top end retail malls and Christian area of the city. Really good value.
