  • Guest：We chose this hotel based on price and location, as well as it looking to have some style and character in photos. It is in a good spot for connections to transport, with stops for buses and free trolley services in both directions nearby. Check in was slow due to a fail with the hotel WiFi when we arrived but reception staff are friendly. The room wasn’t quite as polished as they appear in the photos but was comfortable enough and the price is good for Miami Beach. If you have a car, there are street spaces nearby at a rate of about $2.60 per hour. It’s cheaper in some of the local parking lots or garages.
  • Guest：Honestly, the AC was so loud it's pointless to have it on. The doors aren't sound proof and you hear every single beep of the elevator. The rest was ok.
  • Guest：Hotel with good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Much noise in the room because of poorly insulated rooms. Difficult to open the door to the rooms (due to both mechanical and electronic locking). Additional fees had to be paid to the hotel which were not stated when booking.
