      • Guest：Amazing little boutique hotel in an absolutely perfect location. Close enough to walk into town but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Beautiful mountain and lake views. Room was lovely and big and very clean, room service was quick and all of the staff were amazing, couldn’t help enough. Lovely welcome drink on arrival. Pool are was nice and relaxing and clean. Great breakfast each day with a great choice and big servings. So great we decided to stay an extra night and staff were great to accommodate this. Happy to assist with booking tours, Ubers or assist with anything you need. Will definitely make this our hotel of choice when back in Kandy.
      • Guest：100% recommended. Quiet place, very nice staff concerned about always giving a good service. The large room, the bathroom and a terrace to see the lake. Breakfast with fruit, bread and pastries, juice and to choose the modality of cooked eggs. The kitchen is seen, so you have access to the chef and that always gives peace of mind. At the door there is security guard with which vehicle you make the trips. It's worth the stay here. A 10 to all the staff.
      • Guest：We took a short break over the long weekend for a mix of family adventure and some official work, and our first stop was this beautiful hidden gem "Lake Avenue". Tucked away in a quiet corner of the city, it’s perfectly located, just a short walk to town and the Temple of the Tooth Relic, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and calm. The views of the lake and surrounding hills were absolutely lovely. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Room service was prompt, and every member of the team we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Even though you are right in the heart of Kandy, the hotel feels like a tranquil escape. From the kind welcome at the front desk to the delicious meals with thoughtful presentation, everything about our stay felt just right. It’s truly a special place, and we would be more than happy to return. A special thank you to Salitha (GM), Alan, and the rest of the team for their heartfelt hospitality. We highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Kandy.
