  • Guest：Sono disabile su sedia a rotelle per una tetraparesi, i miei "colleghi" sanno quanto è difficile trovare una struttura accessibile per noi!! Già telefonicamente la Sig.na Katia mi ha accontentato e rassicurato su tutto quello che riguarda la definizione di "ACCESSIBILE" per gli albergatori e devo dire che quando sono arrivato per la prima volta sono rimasto stupito in positivo. Struttura nuova, pulita, tecnologica e veramente veramente accessibilissima. Racconto un particolare molto personale per far capire meglio, dopo circa 1,5 ore dalla consegna delle chiavi e aver fatto il Check-Out mi è venuto un mal di pancia incredibile e dalla disperazione sono tornato al B&B, la Sig.na Noemi, la Governante, aveva finito il turno e stava andando via ma vista la mia urgenza è stata così gentile da RIAPRIRMI LA STANZA CHE AVEVO CONSEGNATO, ripulita e sistemata, e darmi la possibilità di utilizzare il bagno. Grazie infinitamente, sarete sempre nel mio cuore. MIGLIOR STRUTTURA DEL SUD ITALIA TRA QUELLE VISITATE
  • Guest：Posizione perfetta, pulizia certamente da migliorare, colazione certamente da migliorare in quanto esterna alla struttura in locale pessimo, amministrazione in ferie quindi nessuna possibilità di avere una ricevuta fiscale al momento del pagamento ma differita nel tempo dopo vari solleciti, posto auto non disponibile nonostante non ci fossero auto parcheggiate, un vero peccato.
  • Guest：Had a fantastic stay for a short break to Palermo. The B&B is located in a good location on the edge of the old town and it’s a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Huge bathroom and an excellent shower made it a very nice experience. Floriana was an excellent host and answered all our questions, we would definitely visit here again if we return to Palermo. Highly recommended.
