    • Guest：Location Walking distance from Palermo train station. It easy to find the hotel by using Google maps. Check in We contact the owner of the hotel before leaving England through WhatsApp. At the arrival he makes you feel comfortable by giving you a traditional Palermo drink. Rosario is helpful gives a lots of useful tips( how to get around Palermo). He explains you how to function the air-conditioning and how to lock the B&b main door. Bedroom We stayed in room 3. It is spacious with a good size shower room. Everyday, he ask us what we need ( fresh towels). We have a fridge. Air-conditioning is working exceptionally well. Communal area It consists a lounge. We can use a kettle to make coffee and tea. Rosario provides complimentary fresh fruits, biscuits and teabags. The terrace gives an amazing a view over the market and there are few tables and chairs available. This is my favourite part of my holiday. Noise Because it is next to a busy market. The noise level is quite high with lots of loud music ( starting from the morning). Although I still manage to relax. I just use a pair of ear plugs to stop the noise. Overall If you like you to experience Palermo old town without spending a fortune. This is a place for you!
    • Guest：One night in Palermo This B&B is so cool! It’s comfortable, updated, and has a beautiful view. It’s in the very friendly multicultural Ballaró market neighborhood and in walking distance to many other sights and restaurants. We were in Palermo a short time and Rosario was very helpful in giving us good suggestions on what to do. We had so much fun in Palermo and felt safe at all times. It’s also walking distance to the central train station with trains that go to the airport. We would definitely stay at this B&B again. Grazie di tutto!

We enjoyed the property (clean and pretty), the delicious breakfast on the terrace (with a breathtaking view onto the city) and the top level service and hospitality. Our host Rosario made our stay in Palermo very enjoyable, with prompt communication and sharing greats tips and stories about the city. I will happily be back next time I am in Palermo.
    • Guest：This is a great location for everything you may want to do, however parking & finding the property was an interesting experience! A local, very busy flea & food market was inbetween parking & getting to the property. Accommodation, service & food we couldn't fault. As a suggestion, perhaps there should be more detail on the website regarding where to park & distance. Would definitely recommend
