Che dire : una meraviglia? Di più ! Un sogno? Di più ! Mia moglie ed io abbiamo soggiornato, in occasione di un nostro anniversario ma purtroppo per una sola notte, in una struttura unica nel suo genere per la storia che rappresenta. Non si possono descrivere le sensazioni che si provano quando ci si trova all'interno della Villa appartenuta al principe Tomasi di Lampedusa.Tutto il personale molto gentile e professionale, a cominciare dalle receptioniste Roberta per il check-in ed Emanuela per il check-out, Eleonora che ci ha accompagnati con molta professionalità per tutta la cena, presentando e spiegando, oltre alla storia ed alla ristrutturazione della Villa, le pietanze che lo chef Paolo ha preparato per la delizia del nostro palato. Indescrivibile ! Si vive solo una volta e soggiornare in questa struttura anche solo per una notte, rende la vita molto più piacevole.

Esperienza bellissima per molti motivi. La villa è splendida e restaurata perfettamente, Anche gli interni con le maioliche dei pavimenti, gli affreschi alle pareti, i mobili d'epoca. La camera ampia, accogliente e ben arredata. Il personale gentilissimo. La spa, un intervallo di relax assoluto nella piscina con idromassaggio e cascate riservata in esclusiva. L'aperitivo sul terrazzo con ottimi cocktail in un'atmosfera perfetta sotto il gazebo in ferro battuto, la natura lussureggiante di palme e ficus ed il giardino sottostante. La cena ottima, anche per la flessibilità di improvvisare cambiamenti su richiesta fatta al momento. E per finire la fontana danzante attivata per noi dopo cena è stata l'ultima graditissima sorpresa.

I had the opportunity to stay in Palermo at the wonderful luxury hotel "Villa del Gattopardo." The location is breathtaking, a historic villa and an absolute delight. The menu is meticulously curated, with delicate and refined dishes that pay great attention to guests' dietary intolerances. The breakfast is excellent, featuring local products, with delicious cakes and pastries prepared by the chef. There is a great selection of wines, though, during my stay, I opted for the excellent Sicilian wines. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is welcoming and private. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this splendid place where peace, tranquillity, and privacy are at home.
