Wir hatten über ******* ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht und bekamen ein sch?nes Zimmer im ersten Stock zugewiesen, das allerdings eine hellh?rige Verbindungstüre zum Nebenzimmer aufwies. Für mich ein No-go bei diesen Zimmerpreisen. Aber Dario war immer sehr bemüht und stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Letztendlich bekamen wir für den Aufenthalt von immerhin sechs N?chten durchgehend ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer der einfacheren Kategorie. Wir würden das Hotel im Winter vielleicht weniger empfehlen, weil die Feuchtigkeit doch deutlich spürbar ist und der Poolbereich nicht wirklich nutzbar war. Mit Ausnahme von Dario bedarf das Personal deutlich besserer Schulung, um dem gehobenen Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis gerecht zu werden. Insgesamt haben wir uns letztendlich wohl gefühlt, werden aber bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Palermo - vor allem im Winter - ein anderes Hotel w?hlen.

La chambre était impeccable et très confortable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'h?tel est dans un coin plus reculé du centre historique (environ 10-20 min à pieds). L’h?tel se situe en face d’un parc qui s’anime en fin de journée l’été. Il y a plusieurs restaurants/bars à proximité. La piscine et le jardin sont les highlights de notre séjour. Je recommande cet h?tel.

Paolo and Alessandro and the entire staff went out of their way to help in any way possible. Always made wonderful restaurant suggestions and knew the area well. Made great suggestions regarding sightseeing. Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location and very private.

Amazing hotel right in the centre of Palermo. Close to everything. The pool was great to have after a warm day walking around sightseeing.

Quiet and relaxing. Great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Easy to walk downtown to see the sights. Would stay here again.

Was für eine wundersch?ne Unterkunft am Rande der Altstadt. Das Hotel sieht von au?en sehr unscheinbar aus, ist in die alte Stadtmauer eingebettet, tritt man durch die Pforte, kommt man in ein kleines Paradies.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Altstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist fu?l?ufig erreichbar.
Man schl?ft ruhig und bequem, das Frühstück ist sehr lecker.
Ein kleiner Pool l?dt zur Erfrischung ein, der Garten und Whirlpool zum relaxen.
