Our hotel experience was overall very poor as this hotel lacks acceptable customer service. Small things like having adequate towels in rooms need to be argued for with the front desk. For hours at a time our room smelled strongly of smoke from other guests smoking in the rooms. They also price gouged us on water from the hotel to the room, resulting in a $60 charge for waters that cost the hotel under $5. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel has not been renovated since the 1980’s and has an old, run down aesthetic.

Overall, my stay was very good for the money. I did have issues with Wi-Fi. The front desk service was excellent. . There was no issues with the cleanliness. I left in the morning and came back to the room at night. The room was cleaned well.

This is an older hotel that is in need of improvements, that being said the location is simply amazing, the breakfast was outstanding, the rooms were clean enough & the the staff was very helpful. I'll be back.

The view with beach access was amazing! The rooms were huge with a balcony, but AC only worked in the main bedroom. Not very clean (mirrors an windows streaked). Staff in the food area was nice, but woman behind the front desk would rather look at her phone than be helpful. Advertised “bar service” was misleading - wine offered at dinner, but no other time. Not sure about beer or any other adult beverages. Dinner and breakfast were both good. Still, wish we had just gone to Galilee intead of stopping here first.

the hotel is very old. it is in a fabulous location but the facilites are very old. the building has not been renewed in a long time. the view from the terrace was great. the water in the pool was filthy. the beach is wonderful but hard to access because of the steps. breakfast was very good but the coffee was horrid.

Hotel seemed like it was may have been fancy in the 1980s (?). Somewhat cheaply updated room, but suited our needs just fine. Comfortable beds. Large balcony, beautiful view of sea. Free parking on premises. Lovely pool, but only open until 5:00pm. Location quiet, not right next to center of town, but walkable. Free full Israeli breakfast. Host at desk was so lovely. Would come again.

Our family of 15 including young grandchildren and teenage children stayed in 5 rooms at this hotel over Passover. Anything we asked for when making the reservation we received (low floor, rooms together, meals at reserved tables for everyone to eat together). The view and location are amazing. Though they are old and not well maintained, the rooms are super large, most of them with large porches as well. The staff was nice and helpful.
