I checked in at the late hour of 11:30 PM when my previous booking fell through. Hotel was absolutely stunning high end, but price was about 1/3 what I expected. Staff was exceptional.

We stayed in Eilat for 1 night and even if we stayed in many places, this was the first time we stayed at EVE. We received and exclusive room with surprise, the hotel was much better than expected and also the staff was great.

The hotel is outdated, and the facilities are poorly maintained

We were in room 307 with a walk-in shower. I felt that a handle for holding on safely while showering was missing.

We were in the hotel, in two rooms, the rooms were all of reasonable size, and well equipped, unfortunately the level of cleanliness was low, and the maintenance was in a less good condition, lots of rust in the shower, the toilet didn't work well, the air conditioner was noisy and although the staff was very nice and came to us every time we called them, they didn't have much to do. The dining room is large, not the cleanest and not the most pleasant but there is a very large selection at breakfast, and the staff here is also very nice. It's a bit of a shame that they use disposable cups and spoons (much nicer to drink from a regular cup). The pool is nice, but here too the lack of maintenance and the feeling of lack of cleanliness are noticeable. To the hotel's credit, I will mention the staff and the variety at breakfast, on the other hand the hotel feels old and not maintained and not clean.

Hotel situe au centre ville ( a 10 mn a ped de la plage , des grands hotels, dbruit..) Excellent acceuil. Chambre et equipements tres convenables. Petit dejeuner EXCELLENT (beau bon copieux varie Bas prix pour la saison Nous nous promettons d y revenir
