Apart from the room being quite small, everything else about the stay was wonderful. The service was genuinely good, with helpful and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. The overall experience was enjoyable and comfortable, and I would gladly recommend this hotel.

It is new, they opened just about 6 months ago. Elegant stylish design. Beautiful breakfasts with a 6 variants to choose from. Free bicycles and alms giving participation. It is really quiet place with no traffic or loud bars outside. Overall it is tranquil elegance. The staff and the management is super helpful. Small gifts every day, attention to the details.. We much appreciated their outstanding hospitality! On the photos is upgraded, a bit more spacious room. The only downside - keep in mind that the room could be with a limited visibility, which is a common thing in Luang Prabang as buildings are situated very tight here.

I’ve been to Luang Prabang several times, but this was my first stay at Sengphachan. The guesthouse is beautifully renovated, offering all the comfort of a modern hotel room while preserving the charm and identity of the original property. The beds are very comfortable, the atmosphere is warm and thoughtfully curated, and there is great attention to detail throughout. The staff are professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
The location couldn’t be better—just 30 meters from the main temple and the night market. It will definitely be my first choice when I return to Luang Prabang.

Location is convenience. It’s closed to attractive within walking distance. Also very quiet if you’re not bump into loud customer next door.

С утра на улице где расположен отель проходит кормление монахов. Жил в номере, имеющий по сути отдельный вход, что очень приятно. Отель очень стильный, номер тоже.

We had an excellent at this superb boutique hotel. The staff were courteous friendly and kind and the room was superb. The location was ideal just old the main old street. A truly relaxing holiday

スタッフの方はとても优しく亲身になって话を闻いてくださいました。英语も流畅でスムーズに会话ができました。またお部屋も绮丽に清扫していただきサービスにお菓子やポーチなどをいただきました。
気持ちよく体を休めることができました。
ホテル前からは托鉢を観ることができます。
