  • Guest：Highly recommend this Hotel, great position, parking no problem through the arch of Berwick wall beside hotel. Staff excellent, really friendly. Food is something worth having here a great deal of ￡26 for a 2course dinner and breakfast including a drink with evening meal. Plus the offer of two drinks for ￡8 between 5pm and 7pm which was a bonus as the weather was not good. We ended up eating at hotel for the three nights of our stay, food was so good. Rooms very clean and comfy.
  • Guest：Stayed for a one night stay whilst working in Berwick. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Got the meal deal and the food was hot and good. Booked to come back.
  • Guest：A little gem of a stop on our way up to North Scotland. Nestled in the town centre through windy little streets steeped with superb architecture the hotel looks unassuming with very little parking space. Not so. Just through the old town wall arch just opposite, the expanse of the river Tweed fills the windscreen as does the huge FREE 24 hour car park, literally just 45 seconds walk from the Hotel front door. The afternoon we checked in our reception staff was Laura and Roz (If I have my names right) who were both very chatty and welcoming. The usual high standard of room awaited along with comfy beds. The restaurant right next to check in is nicely laid out and the choice of food is good and affordable with some good deals on that included a starter, main and drink deal that included a free breakfast the following morning. I had the bacon and cheese burger with a side of onion rings for the main which came piping hot and juicy and very filling. The town is lovely, full of shops and pubs and the one pub that impressed me was the Brewers Arms, built in 1905 as beer storage but then through the years turned into a hostelry. The trades around Berwick include Malt Workers, Cockle Fleets, Paper Mill Workers and Vegetable Workers many from Scotland as the border is close by. Lots of history about the place, lovely market town and the assurance of a great Premier Inn stay to go back to at the end of a day and night
  • Guest：A great hotel in Berwick Town Centre. From the moment I walked through the door the staff were fantastic from the warm welcome to the great service at breakfast in the mornings. Everything was explained very well. The bedroom was quiet, clean and comfortable with the usual excellent Premier Inn bed. Unfortunately, the heating/AC in the room wasn't working but the temperature in the room was comfortable for me without so not a major issue. While I didn't have an evening meal or use the bar, breakfast was excellent with a great selection and well cooked food. Although it is buffet style, the quality on both mornings was great and this was excellent value when booked with the room. While the hotel doesn't have it's own car park, there is a large free car park a minutes walk from the hotel or shorter stay chargeable on street parking directly outside. I will definitely be staying here again when next in the area.
