    • Guest：早餐极差，东西少，服务意识差，工作人员上班跟在玩似的，都在摸鱼，现煮档不喊人经常就没有人，9点不到很多菜就快没了，最夸张是连碗和盘子都配套不足。常住这个酒店，还是希望酒店能变好起来，在服务上下点功夫吧！
    • Guest：花着星级酒店的钱，得到的却是连经济连锁酒店都不如的服务，简直离谱！前台态度冷漠，办理入住时爱答不理，问个问题满脸不耐烦，彷佛是我在给他们添麻烦。 最让人恼火的是外卖政策，明明别的星级酒店都能帮忙送餐上楼，这里却要求客人自己下楼取，甚至连个电话通知都没有！多次打电话询问，工作人员只会机械重复“按规定外卖不能上楼”，毫无变通和服务意识。 下楼理论工作人员一直在玩电脑玩手机丝毫不理会客人的问题，这就是该有的态度吗？ 房间设施勉强达标，但细节处处露怯，浴室备品廉价，床品有磨损痕迹，所谓的“星级体验”根本名不副实。这价格住国际连锁酒店不香吗？踩雷警告，别来当冤种！ 可惜了美景！！！！！！
