Positive Aspects: - Your resort is the most beautiful in Dahab. - The location and beach are fantastic. - The rooms are superb. - The architecture and layout of the buildings are perfect. - The cleaning service is excellent. - The food is delicious and quite varied. - I greatly appreciated the maintenance team, who were always quick to assist when my card wasn't working, when I ran out of batteries, and when the door got stuck and needed to be completely replaced. Negative Aspects: - You do not behave like a 5-star resort. - I arrived at the resort after 10 p.m. following a 7+ hour journey, including layovers at airports on the way from Sharm, and there was nowhere to eat or anything to drink. You didn’t even have a sandwich pack prepared, and the restaurant was already closed. I was told I would receive my accommodation bracelet in the morning because the one prepared earlier was defective. - The same issue occurred on departure. I left the resort at 7 a.m. and didn’t even get a bottle of water. I mention both of these points as both the first and last days of my stay were fully covered by the package I purchased. - The day before departure, reception had no idea who to contact at the travel agency to find out my airport transfer time, and what was even more frustrating was that they didn’t want to help me. - You have a lovely entertainment team, but it’s clear they are young and lack experience and effective coordination: the volleyball court gets too wet when the temperature is too high for playing, it would be helpful if the ball wasn’t broken, as it hurts your hands, and the water aerobics session is rather ineffective. In the evenings, it's unprofessional for the DJ to argue or raise his voice at his colleagues—it creates a bad impression of unprofessionalism. - The shops inside the resort feel more like a decoration compared to other similar resorts, which are far more efficiently organized. Suggestions: 1. You have a wonderful pool area, which would be perfect for performances, but it’s not being used to its full potential. The entertainment feels static and unimaginative. You could organize something unique, considering the many nationalities staying at the resort—perhaps an Egyptian cultural evening, music and entertainment from other parts of Egypt, different types of dance performances (Latin, Brazilian, etc.), or something tailored to your guests' nationalities. 2. The techno party, on the other hand, feels a bit lackluster: the music is fine, the DJ is fine, but it's the same playlist as the one on the beach. Why not organize parties with guests from neighboring resorts: a white party, a foam party, a sea-themed party… there are so many fun and creative options. 3. During my stay, I scratched myself on nails from two different chairs in the restaurant, hammered them back in, and got splinters from the railing on the terrace. I think these issues should be managed better through a more efficient organization of the maintenance tea

I stayed at Safir Dahab from 10/11 to 24/11/25 . I found the hotel excellent in every way .Food options good and everywhere was so clean and hygienic . Special thanks to Ibrahim the bar man at the pool bar for keeping me supplied with drinks . He does a first class service with a smile .Also Osama beach boy at the pool for the flowers and excellent service . Reception solved a problem about my pick up efficiently . Thank you all for a wonderfull stay

Safir Dahab (ранее это был Hilton) Дата проживания Ноябрь 2025г Цель поездки дайвинг. All inclusive Общее - Внешний вид отеля-чистота, стильно и атмосферно. - Ресепшен говорит на английском, вежлив. - Заселение в номер заняло 30 минут - Депозит отсутствует - Территория отеля ухоженная. - Бассейн, спа, тренажерный зал Номер - Категория номера delux 31квм с балконом и с гамаком. - Уборка регулярная и качественная - Удобная кровать, но ужасного качества подушки. - Оснащение -кондиционер, Wi-Fi, телевизор, сейф, мини-бар, туалетные принадлежности, шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, 4 полотенца на одного, фен. 2 бутылки воды по 1.5литра. - Шумоизоляция с моей стороны была плохой, вечернее мероприятие в 21.00 я слушала до его полного завершения . - В номере душ, ванные нет. Питание - Время завтрака 7.00-10.30 - Завтрак шведский стол. разнообразный, но однотипный. - Обед и Ужины тоже не оставляли равнодушными. Персонал - Вежливый, отзывчивый. - Все вопросы старались быстро решить. Расположение - Чуть дальше от самого города Дахаб, но в лагуне. - На территории есть спот станция Виндсерфинга. Очень известная. С удовольствием взяли пару уроков. - Рядом находится отель Lagoon и Swiss inn Пляж: - Оборудованный пляж лежаками с толстыми матрасами. - На номер выдают 1 большое полотенце. - Всегда всем есть место на лежаках или у бассейна. Цена/качество - Соотношение стоимости проживания и полученного сервиса соответствует качеству - Скрытых платежей не было Минусы - Ужасного качества подушки. На них невозможно спать. - В номере отсутствовали тапочки и халат. Пришлось звонить на ресепшен и просить принести. - Низкая шумоизоляция тех номеров, что выходят в сторону бассейна. Рекомендации и общий вывод - отель подойдет как для семьи, пары, дайверам. - Я бы сюда вернулась - Общая оценка 5/5
