大厅环境不错，住客喜欢小憩的场所。有小食，房间mini bar ?免费。房间挻新的。唯一一点遗憾就是我被分配的1楼14号房间较封闭空气流通不太好。

Great location, spotless facilities (spa and rooftop just delightful) and loved the complimentary minibar and welcome sweets/cava. Sara on the front desk was an absolute credit to the hotel!

Very zen, culturally relevant (Picasso was present)yet practical and friendly. Staff were helpful, kind and effective. Some staff looked overwhelmed and in need of sleep as they looked anxious and had bags under their eyes. Maybe increasing staff would alleviate the burden. No point on taking care of clients if the staff are not taken care by management. Better supervision at the spa too, as some guests were a bit unruly. Thank you for the experience.

The location for a city break was great, the spar was great to relax in after site seeing all day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location to the famous square, city walls, cathedral a 10min walk, great authentic restaurants too. We had a finer dining evening at Temple restaurant 1 min from hotel and was amazing. Spa nice for an hour, rooftop a nice space but don’t expect to swim as tiny pool. Thank you We’ll & Come.

Lovely, modern hotel in a great location in the centre of the city. The staff were all lovely and I found I’d booked the premier room on the 5th floor which was amazing!! The rooftop bar was great too. Sadly I hadn’t taken swimwear so couldn’t use the spa but if it was the same as the rest of the hotel, I’m sure it was beautiful.

My experience was amazing. Friendly staff from start to finish. Amenities were amazing and location was ideal to getting around by foot.

Service 5star, room 5star, location 5star. My only issue was the breakfast. Because i cant have milk i had to be very cautious with what i ate. The food should be marked with the most common allergies.
