My family and I had the pleasure of staying for three nights at this stunning hotel. Everything was perfect. The rooms are beautiful and stylish. The staff looked after us so well. They helped us with restaurant bookings, transfers from the airport and to our next destination and with tips on fun things to see around the town. A special thank you to Lina who really did help us out a lot. Breakfast was fantastic and again, the staff were very attentive and kind. Overall, our experience was 10 out of 10 and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bolzano.

Location top; eleganza comfort , accoglienza speciale; breakfast di molto superiore a molti 5*; eranente una bella sorpresa… non ultimo Tutte Donne!!! Tutte bravissime , complimenti ??????????????

L’hotel si trova in zona centrale Camere pulitissime ma buie senza possibilità di aprire le tende : io ero al 4 piano e difronte avevo toilette di in altra stanza. Letto basico , King size con due materassi uniti…… alquanto discutibile In bagno , una situazione sicuramente da rivedere : carta igienica che rotola attaccato al muro senza nessuna protezione igienica; no accappatoio, no ciabattine di cortesia. Colazione : chi prima arriva meglio alloggia! Ho dovuto far colazione sprofondata in una poltrona della hall …… tavoli tutti occupati! Ragazze della reception gentilissime, ma nel complesso , molte cose ancora da rivedere ed aggiustare. Un boutique hotel , con pretese di essere considerato un hotel di lusso ….. e’ altra cosa.

Splendido hotel al centro di Bolzano, personale gentile attento e premuroso.. colazione eccellente e camere pulite nuove calde e molto accoglienti!! visitare i mercati di Natale a Bolzano e paesini vicini sapendo di poter contare su di un albergo del genere dove appoggiarsi rende la permanenza ancora più entusiasmante!! Fantastica esperienza.. ????

Nuovo hotel in una posizione eccellente al centro di Bolzano. Personale gentilissimo, camere nuove e arredate con gusto e con una luce calda che ti fa sentire a casa L hotel offre innumerevoli servizi come la palestra h24 così come il loro nuovo concetto di bar, anch esso molto apprezzato Fiore all occhiello è sicuramente la colazione con prodotti genuini a km 0, freschi e di qualità ogni mattina Lo consiglio e sicuramente se avrò occasione ci tornerò!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole: struttura curatissima, stanze impeccabili, pulizia al top. Personale molto cortese e una location perfetta per visitare Bolzano. L’hotel ha sicuramente standard elevati. Detto questo, alcuni dettagli non sono in linea con ciò che ci si aspetta da un Boutique Hotel: ? Durante la colazione, una volta seduti, nessuno ci ha chiesto cosa desiderassimo da bere (caffè, cappuccino ecc.). Ci siamo dovuti alzare noi per chiederlo. ? Il tavolo accanto al nostro è rimasto a lungo sparecchiato nonostante la colazione fosse stata terminata. ? Mancano alcune attenzioni di galateo: il servizio dovrebbe prevedere che vengano servite prima le signore e poi i signori. Piccole cose, certo, ma in una struttura che punta a distinguersi fanno la differenza. Con queste attenzioni in più sarebbe davvero perfetto.

Exceptional hotel located in the old town area. The feeling of being in a peaceful sanctuary the moment you walk in the door. Everything about this place is a perfect 10!

The hotel is centrally located in the old town and is easily accessible by car or on foot from the train station. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are professional, always helpful, and very friendly. The breakfast offered is generous and beautifully presented. Nothing is missing. This hotel can be recommended without restrictions, even for demanding guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eisenhut. It has only recently opened after a multi-year renovation. It's an historic building, but it feels brand new and modern. The furnishings are contemporary and all of the details well thought to be practical for the traveler. The location of the hotel was convenient for arrival and touring the old town on foot. Most importantly, every member of the staff we had contact with went the distance to make things work. I would highly recommend Eisenhut Boutique hotel.

I’m so glad we found this place when we where looking for hotel in Bolzano. It’s the most special and definitly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The people who works here at just amazing. They all want the best for you. It’s the most incredible breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything you can ask for. The bar was brilliant, and an absolute great idea making it that way. The hotel is in the middle of city center, with everything right outside. Next time visiting Bolzano - we know what hotel to choose. No doubt!
