I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The first night, the toilet was clogged, which was already a bad start. The soundproofing was also terrible. I could clearly hear the guests next door talking and laughing until midnight, and the next morning we were woken up before 6am because they started playing music. I had to call the front desk three times before the noise issue was finally resolved.
The room amenities did not feel like 5-star standards either. For example, the bed linen was low-quality and uncomfortable. My entire trip in Sri Lanka had been absolutely perfect—until the very last night, which unfortunately I spent at this hotel.

I absolutely love my stay here. The staff is super kind. The location is 10 to 15 minutes walk from Galle Fort. Will definitely stay here again when I am back.

Buena relación calidad precio. Habitación grande con camas muy cómodas y buffet de desayuno y cena muy bueno. Almuerzo regular con menú a elegir entre varios entrantes , platos principales y postres. Muy cerca del fuerte de galle(menos de 10 min caminando) . Gimnasio de tama?o medio. La piscina no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutarla . Un hotel para volver

The stay in the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The hotel layout is just beautiful with the open architecture and view of the Galle fortress. The rooms we had were very spacious even for suites. Lovely bathroom, living area, garden, lots of places to rest. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. The hotel is a short distance from the fort so you can walk there and enjoy it while being away from the business. The beds were comfortable and you only hear the ocean, not the street noise. I would give 6 stars if possible.

酒店房間很大 服務人員很熱情 晚餐是按日期分類的，非凡国际入住的時候碰到一天是自助的晚餐，一天是傳統的西餐（會上菜單有一些菜品可以選擇）。酒店離加勒古城非常近，走過去10分鐘左右。沿路會路過一個公園和街邊各種小吃攤。

非常滿意的一家酒店，很乾凈，很寬敞，完全放松的度假型酒店，餐廳也不錯

離加勒古堡非常非常近，穿過公園過個小橋大概10分鐘就能走到。晚餐是套餐單點，早餐更多偏向本地特色食物，酒店可以下到海邊。
