We understand how frustrating this may have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.Regarding our self check-in system, this is part of The Social Hub’s identity and reflects our focus on flexibility, autonomy, and modern hospitality. That said, our reception team is always available to assist guests with the process or with their luggage when needed and we are more than happy to help at any time.As for valet and porter services, we currently do not offer these as we operate as a 4-star lifestyle hotel, not a 5-star property. However, we aim to provide a high level of service through our approachable team and practical design. We also understand that elements like music and parking availability can impact a guest’s overall impression, and we appreciate your honesty. While our brand does appeal to a younger demographic, we welcome guests of all ages — from business travellers to families — and our community is built on diversity, inclusion, and shared experience.Thank you once again for your comments.
