Great location, close to museum de jamon, good service and breakfast

Mi puntuación sería 3,5 pero la bajé por detalles. Mi estadía fue 3 días 2 noche, ya que veníamos de Chipre rumbo a Sudamerica y aprovechamos el stop over de Iberia Buena ubicación en Gran Vía con Plaza Espa?a. Sin lujos pero acorde a su precio. Desayuno malito, pero incluído. Habitación peque?a pero funcional, con frigobar y cafetería. Buen aire acondicionado. Piscina muy peque?a en la azotea, estaba heladita y se agradece, con 40° 42° en Madrid ?? imposible salir hasta la noche. Cuesta mucho encontrar lugar con sombra en la piscina. Hay un bar ahí y está bien. Tiene SPA. Mi problema fue que el día de regreso con 42° nos quedamos encerradas en el ascensor y decían que llamarían al Servicio Tco. A los 15 minutos estabamos al borde del sofocón y gritábamos que nos sacaran. Al fin fue un se?or del hotel y nos sacó. Pero el ascensor quedó inutilizado. Por la molestia nos dieron rebaja de € 100.

Positiv: Lage, tolle Rooftop-Bar, sauberer Empfangsbereich und allgemein ein ansehnliches Hotel Negativ: lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption, Zimmer mit Fenster in einem Schacht, sodass man nicht lüften kann und auch kein Tageslicht abbekommt, das steht im übrigen auch nirgends auf der Website. Das Hotel versucht es bei Kritik so zu verkaufen, als stünde auf der Website, dass der Blick auf den Schacht ist. Das stimmt nicht, das habe ich nirgends online gefunden. Es gibt zwar die explizite M?glichkeit, den Blick auf die Gran Via zu buchen, aber im Umkehrschuss steht nirgends, dass alles andere auf den Schacht gerichtet ist. Als erfahrene Reiser haben wir schon befrüchtet, dass sowas passieren kann, wenn man nicht explizit für teures Geld den Blick auf die Stra?e bucht, aber andere G?ste sollten wissen, dass es durchaus wahrscheinlich ist, dass man so ein Zimmer bekommt. Das Putzpersonal hat leider eine Hose in einer Tüte mitgenommen, weil sie dachte, es w?re Müll. Das ist sehr ?rgerlich, da es Geld gekostet hat und wir uns fragen, warum einfach Tüten entwendet werden. Das Problem war dann aber eher, dass die Dame aus der Nachmittags/Abend Schicht an der Rezeption nichts unternommen hat, und keineswegs entgegen gekommen ist, uns sogar noch für dumm verkauft hat, ob wir die Hose nicht verloren haben oder nicht gut genug geschaut haben. Wir haben nicht mal ein kleines Entgegenkommen in Form eines Drinks oder sonstiges erhalten, wie es sich in guten Hotels eigentlich geh?rt. Wir sind also alleine auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben und die Dame hat es überhaupt nicht interessiert. Erst der Herr beim Auschecken an der Rezeption hat uns dann (nachdem ich es sagen musste) einen Gutschein für Drinks gegeben und sich entschuldigt. Auch wenn ich mich in mein Konto einloggen will, steht auf einmal da, dass ich ein deaktivierter Nutzer bin, so viel zu Vorteile bei Mitgliedschaft…

Hotel po?o?ony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo czysty i urz?dzony w ?adnym stylu. Zdecydowanie jest to hotel butikowy i kompaktowy, po?o?ony przy g?ównej ulicy z mnóstwem sklepów i restauracji. Na dachu hotelu znajduje si? ma?y basen. Przez pierwsze 2 dni woda by?a czysta, natomiast 3 dnia bardzo zm?tnia?a i nie zosta?a zmieniona do końca naszego pobytu. Na dachu znajduje si? równie? klimatyczny bar z przepi?knym widokiem, jednak ci??ko znale?? wolny le?ak/miejsce do siedzenia. Pokoje przestronne i czyste, urz?dzone w bardzo ?adnym stylu. W ?azience du?y wybór kosmetyków. Obs?uga go?ci i serwis niestety do poprawy. Ogólnie hotel w porz?dku ale w tej cenie oczekiwa?am czego? odrobin? lepszego.

No lo recomiendo Porlomenos en esta época. El SPA se paga (no aclara) pileta sumamente chiquita, reposeras imposibles de agarrar tenes que acomodarte en una silla de la barra sumamente incómoda . Ni hablar de que no me dejaron un rato más la habitación y tuve que ducharme en la pileta para volver a mi país. Luego la disposición del personal es increíble, pero lo que pasó en mi salida sabiendo que si había habitaciones disponibles y no ofrecerme un ba?o para poder ducharme empeoraron todo. Solo me dijeron en el spa (que si o si había que pagar) que ahí si podía ba?arme. Es la primera vez que en su cadena de hoteles me pasa una cosa igual

Un hotel de esta categoría no puede tener a los clientes esperando 20 minutos en una recepción. Es algo totalmente inaceptable. Por otro lado, he reservado una habitación doble superior por que es la única que supuestamente “garantiza” las vistas a la gran vía según me informan en el hotel. Elijo cama matrimonial. Pues bien, a la llegada del hotel me dicen que me han hecho un upgrade gratuito por cortesía del hotel a una habitación superior. Le digo que no es un upgrade gratuito ya que yo reservé una habitación superior. Deberían de haberme devuelto entonces la diferencia de una habitación a otra, cosa que espero haga la dirección del hotel al leer este comentario. Al subir a la habitación me encuentro con que hay dos camas individuales y no la matrimonial tal y como he reservado. Llamo a recepción, me dicen que me llaman en dos minutos. Pasan 15 y llamo yo nuevamente y me dicen que resulta que la cama matrimonial solo la hay en una habitación doble estándar y que me pueden cambiar a una de ellas. Como ya me suena a vacile antes de contestarle mal prefiero dejarlo así y quedarme en la habitación. Es una pena que haya falta de seriedad y mala gestión por parte de los empleados del hotel ya que el hotel es bonito, moderno y está bien equipado con piscina. La ubicación es buena. A?adir también que las ventanas que hay en las habitaciones con vistas a gran via, hacen que no puedas ver prácticamente nada de dicha avenida ya que tienen un dise?o con un espacio en el medio que impide poder visualizar bien la calle. Espero que desde el hotel haya un mínimo de honradez y se pongan en contacto para corregir su metedura de pata con la reserva.

Perfect location to visit Madrid. helpfull staff but: room without the window for 8 night stay, hard to manage shower temperature too low, to high, frequently changing during taking a shower, leak in the bathroom one day, small and crowdy swimming pool.

Nice hotel, but needs some work. I spent three nights here. First room I was given, room 101, was across from the public restrooms on the first floor in a tiny hallway. As a solo traveler, I didn’t feel safe with this room assignment. The room was cute with a view of Grand Via. However, it was directly above a restaurant, so it smelled of food and there was constant noise. I asked to change rooms. I was shown two interior rooms - like dark caves - which I refused. Finally I was given a room in the back of the hotel for people with mobility issues. The room was ok. It lacked a bidet and hooks to hang towels. It was quiet, which was a plus. The gym was good for a solid workout - treadmills and free weights. It definitely needs a/c and cleaning wipes to clean the machines/mats. The spa was nice, but 30 euro was a bit steep for an hour. There were no hooks in the shower area for towels and the lockers didn’t lock. Something from the baths irritated me as I awoke the next morning with swollen eyes. I think it was something used in the Turkish bath… Rooftop pool was small and very few sun beds. Nice view. Overall nice place to stay. Friendly staff. They just need to iron out the kinks.

El servicio del hotel fue fantástico, el mejor hotel en el que he estado en Madrid con muchísima diferencia. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
