  • Guest user：es la cuarta vez que me alojo en este hotel. la primera vez fue una incognita y supero mis espectativas, la segunda, tercera y esta vez, fui porque la vez anterior habia sido una buena experiencia. pero CUIDADO esta vez la eleccion ya no arrojo el mismo resultado. llegue, me asignaron una habitacion que estaba terriblemente olorosa ( yo supongo que habria algun ca?o roto o similar, pero en verdad era muy olorosa, evidentemente antes los hechos y sin mediar discusion me cambiaron a otra habitacion ( que si estaba bien presentable ). pero.... cerre la puerta y puse la traba, al rato cuando quise salir, la traba de la cerradura estaba bloqueada y no se podia habrir (??????), si, si no se podia abrir por dentro, llame por telefono a recepcion y a los pocos minutos enviaron a un sr de mantenimiento que tuvo que cambiar la cerradura y los soluciono perfectamente. otros detalles, un velador no tenia lampara ( no reclame, ni avise ). la puerta de la heladera del frigobar no abria completamente ( es un detalle no grave, pero estaba ). la pileta de 8vo Piso estaba solo aceptable. el sector de fitnes es muuuuuuuy limitado. la cama, TV por cable , colchon, aire acondiconado estaban perfectos y fucionaban muy bien. ahhhhh, me olvidaba de los 2 dias alijados, el primero no funcionaba internet por problemas de router ( segun el personal de recepcion ). No se que paso en este tiempo pero decayo la calidad. ( consulta : cambio de due?o? )

Cuando entre a la habitación había un olor a humedad muy fuerte, la vista de la habitación no era buena, me toco ver la azotea en mal estado. Había visitado el hotel 3 a?os atrás y esa vez mi experiencia había sido mucho mejor, me tocó buena vista al rio y cuarto en buen estado. La piscina del hotel es muy agradable, buen lugar para tomarse fotos.
  • Guest user：Excelente Experiencia, muy buena atencion amabilidad, buena acomodacion con habitaciones confortables, buena comida, muy recomendado para estar en el Centro de Encarnacion, cerca de la playa San Jose, en la costanera de Encarnacion.
