  • Guest user：Бассейн и Спа не работают, уведомляют об этом только на ресепшене. При бронировании об этом ни слова. Номер просторный с холодильником. Телевизор и ресивер живут своей жизнью ( батарейки сели) и являются интерьером. Ванная комната обшарпанная, раковина с трещиной, лейка душа на 3/4 сопел забита, из шланга хлещет вода, а хотелось чтобы из лейки. Из плюсов: широкая и удобная кровать, приличный завтрак (но по уровню 3*), наличие парковки.
  • Guest user：I am a South African and travelled to Turkey on holiday.We were booked into this hotel by travel agent. Upon arrival, service was good. We arrived in the late evening and supper wasn’t much variety or good. This could be because we arrived late. Staff were friendly. The lifts are small and can fit 2 people with 2 x big luggage and 2 x small luggage bags. We had a long wait for the lift due to the number of people on the tour. When we get to our room (double bed room), to our disgust the room smelt like cigarette. Shower was filthy with mould in the shower. Hairdryer didn’t work, aircon blowed just warm air. Reported same to manager who sent up his technician. We were then moved to the jacuzzi suite. Which was much more cleaner and better. Breakfast was good..better variety than supper and it’s tasty.
  • Guest user：We arrived as a travel group of 41people, in the he lobby is an old timer firefighter car -amazing! And a -sadly- colored in gold -old motorbike. At the counter were two friendly employees with big smiles, one called Ana (or do you spell it Anna?) and another i couldn't remember the name i am sooo sorry, sounded similar to a snack i remember that. Check in was fast and painless. In my room I had a water issue, in the bathroom so i explained the problem and instantly got another room. Yes the hotel is not the newest and yes you can see it a little. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nicely sized. The Dinner was soooo tasty, it felt like made with care - from the minute i stepped i o this hotel, no joke, it felt like it has “soul” remembering back i still think this was a great hotel to go to and i may actually visit it again! After dinner had a little chat at the counter with the employees and told even them how “home” it feels and that i feel the soul n love put into it… Breakfast was yummy aswell, tea coffee variations of cold n warm food just to much for me to chose from so early. We left the the hotel soon after and I got asked on our first stop if I forgot something, i denied... But there was a picture of my suitcase at the lobby so i joked it was so nice it wanted to stay. I would be fine to get it days later in Antalya but a co traveler also forgot his luggage n needed it. The he owner of the hotel had some business to do that week close to our next hotel and he decided to do it he same day and to bring us our luggage free of charge. When i heated that i just repeated “i told you i felt soul in that hotel” hands down, even without this big gesture, amazing hotel and worth a visit!
