I stayed here on our way back from Ooty- we had to leave Ooty a day early as landslides had disrupted the train services and blocked some roads. So we searched for places not too far from the airport. We got a lovely room with a great view of the Singanallur lake. We were a family of three adults, and the extra bed fit in without much trouble. Unlike some of the hotels we stayed in recently, the sheets and everything in the room were fresh, and the housekeeping team does a great job of keeping the surroundings spotless and the linen freshly laundered. The support staff, mostly from Assam, were so helpful in everything, and even delivered the food orders (that had been delivered downstairs) to our room. The reception folks were also helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. The breakfast seemed basic, but actually was really filling with dosas and omlettes being provided on orders. And the view from the dining room on the fifth floor was really nice!

Good property with reasonable rate. Location of property is very good. Had very good experience. Easy checking formalities.
